"Average property in terms of condition and amenities. Breakfast was "to go", not worth counting it as continental breakfast if advertised as such. Bathroom could be cleaner: found hairs in the sink as well as on the sheets. Location is very convenient if you're planning on visiting the national parks. However, if you're going to Miami, you will be battling lots of traffic."

"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at the Gale. It is clear they only care about money, not the resident experience. I was hit with a mandatory $35 fee for 'amenities' like WiFi and the pool, which is ridiculous because I didn't even use the pool, but they charge you for it anyway 'per policy.' The room itself was disgusting. There was a large coffee stain on the couch, and the curtains and towels were stained as well. To top it off, they have a policy where they only clean rooms for stays of 3 nights or more. Since most people are there for a 2-night weekend, you’re basically paying premium prices for a dirty room with zero housekeeping. The staff is unprofessional and only seems to care about the pool area, which is only one small part of a stay. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and professional service."

"There are no timrs listed on their site for free shuttle and free breakfast, you find out when you arive. If our flight wasn't pished off 2hrs, we'd have to Uber it and breakfast wasnt available until later in the morning. The rooms are VERY old and outdated. Staff very nice!"

"Location is good. Staff is not helpful at all. I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "

"Very loud and busy. Room smelled like meldew as did the two other couples rooms in our party. Food in the cafe (empanadas) were not edible, but the wrap I got was good. Music was loud all night long and made it difficult to sleep. Would not recommend. "
