Only wine glasses provided for drinks. Only one mirror in unit, none in bedrooms. We can’t believe this place meets even minimum standards for guest accommodations. Only one tea towel provided, hot plate had no instructions and only Chinese labels...

"I recently stayed at the M Social in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and my room offered a beautiful view overlooking the wharf. The staff were welcoming and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance. However, there was a minor issue during my second stay. Despite my VIP Access status with Expedia being acknowledged during my first visit, it wasn't recognized this time. This was a bit disappointing, but it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience. Overall, M Social is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it"
