The King bed lifts up into the ceiling leaving a lovely seating area with a TV. Our subdivision is lucky to have a communal water hole. It is on private property so it is a lovely spot to cool off. There is a covered verandah and it is in a peaceful setting. Everything you could want. My husband and I stayed here so we could see the glow worms in Waitomo which was about a 25-30 min drive. This place is in a quiet little neighborhood and is represented accurately online. It is a very well equipped home with everything and more we didn't lack for anything. The recommended walk to the waterfall was well worth it and such beautiful surroundings. It is a tiny house but very spacious with a big comfy bed with bedding, and the table setting folds into another single bed. It has everything you may need for your stay.
