"Very nice place to stay for a relaxing getaway while visiting the island. There’s a decent amount of places within walking distance for food and drinks as well as gift shops. The beach was a quicker walk than you’d think. Service was attentive and great (shoutout to the front desk). There were a few times where it took almost a half hour just to get a drink from the bartenders (while sitting outside) however the drinks were great once you received them. The veggie dumplings are delicious. It did smell a bit odd (like wetness) but after a minute or so you truly don’t notice it. I was very satisfied with my stay and the treatment i received, I’ll definitely be staying here next time i book a trip to the island. Thank for all you guys do. "

"The food was not the best in the Tappas. Bar , had bad rotten lettuce in my $18 salad and told the waitress who did nothing and went back to chatting with her coworkers, service was bad and the place was not busy . Staff standing around chatting , never checked in on us "

"Loved out stay at Royal Sonesta, the staff was incredibly nice, the pool and the beach were top notch, and the rooms were clean and modern. Definitely the place to stay in Isla Verde. "

"We were supposed to get a queen bed but got a full bed instead. No clean towels due to no water and bed was uncomfortable "
