The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest. Upon on entry we noticed that the toilet water valve was turned off so I turned it on to discover the toilet continuely leaked. This indicated to me that someone new it was broken but chose not to fix it. I messaged the host with my issues and they said they would send someone to fix the toilet and someone to clean the unit the next day after we sent them photos they requested. The toilet was fixed the next day but the cleaning team never showed. I asked if the cleaning team was ever coming the following week and I never got a response. Additionally, the bed sheets were worn and smelled like cheese. They had a second pair of sheets thank goodness. Something else you should know, the pool has a hot tub but it is not hot. The maintenance personnel told me they don't want to pay to keep it hot. Finally, I would say it would be a great place to stay if the host paid attention to details. ##### Philip S. The grounds are beautiful and we had a view of the water. The bed is comfy. The bathroom is large. The only downside was the cleanliness. Restaurants on site, 5 minute drive at Palmanova complex. Note: self- checkin was slightly confusing —condo is located in the back from main 4 storey buildings, look for “building C”.
