"If you are looking for a quiet and exclusive hotel, this is the place. It will be very relaxing as you will only see a few guests all the time.
There’s a lot of staff constant looking after you and asking if you need anything- if you need them, they will not be overwhelming. "
"The ship was beautiful and well apppointed. We loved the tour that was given and loved learning about the history of how it became a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely getaway trip from the hustle and bustle of city life. 5 stars"
"Everything is excellent, we have enjoyed our stay as we like the quietness and the friendly staffs. It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal.
The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. I will give them a thumbs up.
Overall, it’s a great trip. "
"The staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent.
However, there is no beach that one would use for actually swimming. More like wet sand everywhere. In the 3 days that we were there not one person was in the water. No child with shovel and bucket making sand castles. Really no beach in the sense of what we are use to thinking a beach should be like. I actually wanted to leave the resort but my money would not be refunded."
"Like the beautiful rooms and the view ,also liked the quiet atmosphere .Enjoyed the 2 pools
Disappointed that I could not hire left handed club so could not play golf "
"Really nice tents and great service. The area is very quiet and there aren’t any other dining options other than the hotel, but they will take you to the nearest beach in a free shuttle and there are some options there."
"Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. "

"From the moment we were met at the Sanchaya lounge at the ferry terminal and all through our stay, the service was like no other I have ever experienced. Every staff member went over and beyond to make sure all was good for you and always with a beautiful smile. A very special thank you to Nawa (front desk manager) who was so helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile and helped with organising trips, printing off documents and making bookings. Also to some of the other staff, Hadi (who drove us around to see places of interest on the island and even bought out cash to make sure we were not left short and we needed this on our visit to a lovely coffee farm!), Maria who gave me a perfume the day we left as I mentioned I liked it previously!, and Greg the manager who came out daily to make sure all was ok.
The hotel is classy and boutique style with a fabulous 50 metre swimming pool facing the beach and the food was divine prepared by the lovely Budi who came out many times to again check all was ok!
The beach nice although the tide went out a fair way and it wasn’t so easy to swim in but lovely all the same
So much more we could say but in summary if you are looking for a great hotel with amazing service on a beach and need to chill, this is your place ❤️"
"Beautiful property where you walk out of a beach view room to a 20 m walk to the ocean. Very quiet in November and we literally had an entire beach to ourselves, Food options were good if a little limited this time of year without the beach bar being open for snacks"
