Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. The staff are professional, helpful, and attentive. I had an accident and the GM personally attended to my needs. Got a car to send me to the resort clinic and back within the hour. Very relaxing and very clean. Excellent and friendly staff - both resort and restaurant staff. Some litter in upper beach area - maybe away from prying eyes; but still there. Could use a complete, thorough clean-up Overall a very positive stay at this resort. As it was the quiet season it detracted from the overall atmosphere and must have been difficult for the resort staff.
