The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. « Hotel is conveniently located next to the popular Beijing Street with lots of coffee/tea chains and food options. Hotel is new and housekeeping is generally adequate. However, rooms located near to the adjacent movie projector can experience intermittent sounds and this can be distracting. »
