We had such a wonderful stay at Langham Palace! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, but what really made our experience stand out was the staff. We arrived in the morning after breakfast had already ended, and the staff was kind enough to make us something quick to eat anyway. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated after traveling. They also upgraded us to a nicer room, which was another wonderful surprise. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. A beautiful, clean property combined with genuinely caring staff makes such a difference when traveling. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Staffs are friendly and helpful from entering and exiting the hotel. The building is very spacious and clean. I even got to catch a glimpse of Dragon Boat festival from the windows view. Thank you Langham Hotel staffs for making our stay a splendid one! :)

Spacious, clean, bright room with plenty of space for the 2 we were. The hotel is located right next to a convention center, various shopping mall and a subway station all within walking distance. Quiet surroundings (as opposed to some other hotels located in dense, busy, noisy areas). Room was very well sound proofed and couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms.
