There were lots of stains in the bathroom, and felt the whole room was quite dirty. The lighting was bad. The aircon temp cannot be changed. According to the staff, the aircon temp can only be changed during winter times. I stayed there for 2 nights, the 2nd night room above us were making a lot of noise and it took the staff a while to sort it out.
