This wonderful cottage has
-2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one down stairs.
-2 main rooms. One main room connects to the dining room, and has 2 sofas which can fold out into beds. The second has a set of bunk beds which also contain a built in desk.

Host is quick to respond and very easy to work with! The kids had a fun time with the foosball table in the basement which helped to entertain during our downtime! The weather was bad one of the days so we took advantage of their dvd player and assortment of movies!

Country charm

It is a nice older, but nicely renovated country home. I liked that there are neighbors on both sides so it didn't seem that we were "out there" on the prairie all alone. We would stay there again. AC was great. Would have been nice to have cable TV, but we didn't watch TV much. Would be a very nice place for a family or a small family reunion.

The wife and i had planned a trip to strataca salt mine and stayed here for 2 nites. Wow, cozy, clean, well taken care of. We will definately stay here again if the need arises

Very impressed with the location. All of us are 50+ and we loved the quiet and comfy house. Our favorite qaa the front porch rocking chairs! Was a great choice for a wedding weekend!

Perfect for our family stay at Hutchinson

The house was very clean and the downstairs set up was great for our family to all sleep on one level (king bed for adults and bunk beds for two children). The foosball table was lots of fun. We also found a good movie to watch on the DVD player. The host left snacks and mini boxes of cereal. There were lots of extra blankets and towels. The location is out in the country but still close, making it easy for us to go to the Cosmophere and Salt Mines. Our children loved looking at the sheep. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay

Our family loved our stay at the cozy country cottage. It had everything we needed with plenty of space for a family of 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the welcome snacks. If we're ever in Hutchinson again we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful country cottage

Clean and comfortable house that is an easy drive from Hutchinson and the surrounding area. Worked well for extended family visit. Front porch was a great place to storm watch across the fields at night and to enjoy a quiet morning. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, Country Comfort!

We needed a home-away from home because of our son’s wedding. This clean, thoughtfully presented cottage suited perfectly. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, the fabulous hot shower, and the food-prep ready kitchen. Whether for a family event or a getaway, this is a great place!

By far the BEST place I've ever stayed in Hutchinson!! Beautiful, two story cottage. Excellent location: quiet and peaceful. The perfect place for star gazing and rejuvination. Exceptionally clean. Would definately stay here again.

Nice House

Very nice little house. Property managers were very easy to work with, made the place welcoming, and had a well stocked kitchen even providing a couple simple snacks. There are multiple bedroom options, a full sized washer and dryer along with the detergent and other products needed, movies with a DVD player provided, front porch lights you could easily time, and many more bonuses! We only had a few cons, the kitchen window had no curtain which made us feel we lacked some privacy (however this window faced out in such a way no one from another property could see in); there was some minor issues with the plumbing in the bathroom but when we mentioned it to the property manager they checked it out right away; and finally both large beds had very soft mattress (which to some people are a bonus 😉) but for us were too soft for comfortable sleep. So in summary has a few things that could be better however it is a very nice house and kind people to work with.

Clean & Relaxing

The house was perfect for our visit to Sterling College. The kids loved the downstairs and the horse swings! We also enjoyed the deck and grill. The communication was great!
