"The property description makes it seem like the umbrellas and chairs are already set up on the beach. They are not. You have to walk across a busy highway to get to the beach. Then if an umbrella and chair and beach towels are available, you may use them. Twice I was told they weren’t available. So if you don’t go very early or late in the day, there’s a good chance there’s not any available.you must bring the chairs an umbrella to the beach yourself. I was told on multiple occasions that there is a concierge which will take you to and from the beach. I was not able to take advantage of that because when I was there, the “bike” was broken. Also, it ends at 3 o’clock, so it’s not very helpful unless you don’t wanna stay past 3 o’clock at the beach. The chairs and umbrella and towels are heavy to carry, especially if you are one person with a child. The umbrella quite honestly is garbage., there’s no screw at the bottom of the umbrella, so you either have to hold it the entire time or it will fly out of the ground when any sort of wind comes. They brought the first day they gave me was broken. I actually canceled another reservation to go to this hotel because the hotel made it seem like it was very convenient with the umbrella, umbrellas and chair, chairs available complementary. It was a huge hassle so we didn’t really spend much time with the beach. Friday was a very loud DJ party with a tequila brand. So there were hardly any chairs and no shade unless you want to pay."

"This beach house is a family tradition for us for over 20 years we come every summer it has the perfect beach view and it is right on the sand with seconds to the ocean. The house is kept very clean, updated beach vibe decor and well stocked kitchen by ownership. Any requests or questions ownership is very responsive and hands on all the maintenance. We can’t say enough about how much this place just feels like a home and has everything you need for the perfect beach stay!"
