"The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby. "

"A pousada é bonitinha e bem limpa, porém é muito desconfortável. Eu paguei por um quarto com cama de casal e recebi um quarto com duas camas de solteiro unidas por um lençol fino e quando questionamos, disseram que era padrão, todos os quartos são assim. Além disso, o chuveiro é muito fraquinho. Disseram que trocaram durante nossa ausência mas continuou igual.
A gente só precisava de um bom banho e uma boa noite de sono, não conseguimos nenhum dos dois."
