The apartment needs some maintenance though (could use fresh paint on the walls, update appliances, balcony door was very old and hard to open/close, etc.) Otherwise we had a nice stay. "We had the best stay! The view is incredible and we loved having a quieter pool and beach than if we were staying at a large hotel or at a complex with more units - ideal. The AC (located in the bedroom) works well, which is always important. We really enjoyed the lanai and then being able to walk straight down to the water, where we spotted a sea turtle. Brad was a helpful and communicative host. We recommend!"
