We had good, quick communication with the property manager (there was a dog below us that barked fairly consistently the whole time it was left alone but the property manager did try to remedy the situation quickly and it worked for a little while so we could go to sleep the first night). As people have mentioned, the traffic from the road can be a lot, but if you have a sound machine and good earplugs you should be fine.
