Canal Street Historic District Vacation Packages

We loved the kitchenette ,but the wifi could be better and the bed in couch was un comfortable besides that the place was awesome!!!!

Our stay was great however need batteries in the tv remotes

Overall, a great spot and close to Epic Universal , a cab ride was only $6 . The property does provide free shuttle . My family and I like to walk so we walked to a few local restaurants and rented scooters as a family.

I liked it had a lake on the property. Thats about the only benefit other than the cost of the room per night. I wont stay there again due to ordering from housekeeping the trimmings for sofa bed that is the most uncomfortable bed i have ever layed on. Giant bars in the middle and the quality of the mattress is horrible. That being said, we requested them bring a 2nd or new mattress to get around the comfort level. They never showed up to replace or give a 2nd mattress for it and argued with me at my door when i had ordered the pillows, sheets and a blanket as they didnt bring the pillows and were upset when i asked for them. We waited over an hour for the pillows and 45 min for sheets n blankets when i had requested them be there on checkin to begin with as we knew we would be using it. The location to the convention center is very inconvenient as well. It looks close but you have to go all the way around. Hilton next time or another one near there.
