"Overall good, just be aware of the extra property fees that Expedia do not advertise Expedia said WHAT YOU SE WHAT YOU PAY but a soon you. Arrive to the property another extra $150. The pool needs more maintenance. The water is derty and missing tiles around. Decks need maintenance same and stairs steps "

"Outstanding location just minutes from Zion! This is a no frills stay, but it's exactly what we wanted. We didn't plan on spending too much time in the hotel room. The to-go breakfast bag is perfect as we were trying to get to the park early on most days. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

" Ed was comfortable. I would bring your own pillows. Lovely location near the river and entrance to the Zion Park. Loves our stay there for a Wednesday to Sunday. August was hot and busy in the park. But totally worth it!"

"Im a gym rat and i loved the gym they had. People are on vacation and i know people on vacation dont really hit the gym so i had the gym all to myself. Great equipment! Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Property was awome! Our room had a weird smell to it, couldnt pin point what it was, but we got over it. Local food places were off the hook as well, and im a huge foody so that means alot lol"
