It is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well stocked, and the owners provide all of the extras that you would need. The property is in a small development that is just a few minutes away from the East entrance of Zion National Park. Although there are no grocery stores or resaturants really close, it didn't matter because the Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort is next door -- & it had everything we needed and more! For a small fee we had access to all of the resort's amenities, and we ate several meals in the resort's restaurant. Also, the electronic guidebook that the owners provided was incredible. It has all of the info you need about the home, activities, restaurants, tour companies, suggested hikes, etc. The guide made our vacation planning so easy. ##### Tonya L. The location offers too many options to list with an easy drive to several hikes and adventures. We enjoyed dinner on the back deck and the stars at night were spectacular. It is very spacious, clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. I am not a big hot tub fan, but after hiking all day, the hot tub felt great! ( we were there in May, so the evenings were cool.). We cooked a few nights and the kitchen had everything you would need. And there were even ample paper products and cleaning supplies. Alex and Vanessa were responsive hosts and made it easy to communicate with them. I would highly recommend this property! ##### Lori E. It gave us easy access to Zion and lots of great local recommendations. We were able to do a lot of preplanning and all the resources were also 5 star. We Loved having access to the amenities and enjoyed the pool and even took a yoga class. My kids especially loved seeing the jackrabbits in the back yard. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and great location near Zion's east entrance. Kids loved the hot tub and the 2nd floor entertainment area where they hooked up their Nintendo Switch.
