"Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning.
Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. As foreigners, it was our first time trying some of these foods, and we enjoyed most of it. Thank you!"
"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. Extremely friendly staff, kind and genuinely helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. Thank you so much to the staff!"
"We stayed at this ryokan & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ryokan was quite modern with good facilities & amenities.
Our room was a jr suite with private open air onsen which was marvellous. We had very high quality beddings & slept well.
The communal public bath areas were also very nice.
Parking was a breeze, just in front of the property on the other side of the road.
The breakfast was good with many dishes.
We would definitely return"
"Typical Toyoko hotel chain- clean, quiet, comfortable and at a relatively good location near enough the train station. It also comes with free breakfast which is very appreciated. There is a reasonably priced 24h MaxValu supermarket across the road for your convenience.
My only gripe is there is only 1 elevator serving 11 floors. The wait times can get very long during check-in and breakfast hours. My room was on the second floor and they sensibly unlocked the escape stairs for guests to use...
