« Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. Same goes for the host, accommodating, super responsive! »

« The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe. »

« My wife and I spent one night in Villa Verde. The hostess, Eva, was gracious and kind. She obviously puts a lot of thought into what she does. The accommodations were comfortable and restful. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Eva even tried to poach eggs for us. We got to talk to her about her life for a little bit and would love to visit again. She is a true gem. »

« We were exhausted from our trip but our gracious host was flexible with us so we could get some much needed rest. She was so sweet »

« Thos was a really great spot close to all the adventure spots, the beach, places to rent paddleboards and Kayaks, resturants etc. The unit was well appointed with all of the things you would need. The host was very responsive when we had a slight issue with one of the locks which was likely human error, but we we able to solve the issue and get right in to iur comfy spot by the water. »

« Lovely apartment. Exactly as advertised. Backyard access was wonderful for we brought our dog. No complaints. Bedroom had queen size bed as stated. Wish it were a king size, but it was listed as Queen. Fast response from Stan. Just wish it was 95 degrees all three nights/days. Was 70 degrees the day we left. Oh well, what can you do?
