« The pictures are accurate but when you get there you see the furniture is flimsy, the cabinets and drawers fall off when you touch them and the yard is a disaster. There is so much stagnant water the mosquitos look like drones! »

As frequent renters of high-end vacation properties, I have to say that the owner provided a wonderful experience with thoughtful ideas and personal touches. The home was equipped with high-end supplies and had lots of attention-to-detail. It is clean, filled with things to-do, and just purely enjoyable! There are way too many amenities to list but you will be extremely pleased with the home and the quaint neighborhood! I can't stress enough how great...

« This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby. »
