Hidden Groves Tours and Activities

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room had a very unpleasant odour, the washroom smelled bad, the TV was missing basic channels, including the music channel, and the bed appeared to be in poor condition. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s response when I raised these concerns. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, the staff member spoke to me in a dismissive manner, asking whether I had touched anything in the room, without even having the basic courtesy to greet me with a simple “Hello” or address me respectfully. The room conditions were unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude demonstrated a clear lack of basic hospitality, professionalism, and customer service. I expected a clean, comfortable room and a courteous response to my concerns. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary improvements to both room maintenance and staff training.

A very convenient, and well maintained facility. Rooms are large and bright. Staff are very pleasant
