"Cannot fault the hotel. It's got an excellent central location near Penn station and half a mile away from Times Square. The room was clean and completely fine. Just be aware that when you book this, it doesn't include city taxes. We stayed for 6 nights, and had to place a 500 dollar deposit and they give you 300 back after your stay. It wasn't an issue for us but if you're on a strict budget or don't have a credit card, I imagine this would cause issues for some. "

"The room was not as nice as I expected given the way the lobby and photos look online and the price of the rooms. The cleaning staff were the friendliest people on the staff, otherwise everyone was a little rude. Never felt like I had their full attention, the doormen opened the door for you only half the time (hands were full with a baby) and the rooftop staff were rude about us wanting to eat there with a baby. The AC in my room did not work, I called down to the front desk twice and each time someone was sent up quickly but unfortunately they did not spend the time to look into the issue and the AC was never fixed. "
