"This was by far the worst experience I've had in picking a hotel in NY. 1. The room I was given didn't have a refrigerator as said online when booking. 2. The room was right next to the back door and it made me uncomfortable because I'm disabled and was traveling alone. 3. I was given another room with a refrigerator, however the TV didn't work a.i called the front desk and was told it'll take fifteen min before someone would be able to come. They never did I paid one hundred sixty nine American dollars to sleep here for one night ie: not worth it. 4. I use a walker so I was told since my room was downstairs I could use the lift😲. I've never seen a lift to take ppl to a room if traveling with suitcases or walker. 5. The breakfast was sub par to say the least but it's ok cause eating here would've been a stretch. To sum it up DON'T STAY HERE cause the bedding is itchy and there's a smell in the rooms. I didn't sleep all night cause I thought it was bed bugs. I checked the bed but it wasn't any I could see. There's more I want to say but I'll leave you with this: don't trust what you see in the pics cause it looks nothing like what's shown online. Hell, I thought I was at the wrong place and my Lyft driver was talking me somewhere else. This place resemble a crack house and I'm glad it was only for the night. I hope this helps you NOT stay here, that's unless you can't find a crack house to sleep in."
