"I was happy with my stay because I wasn’t there much. But lots of in and outs of hotel. Key card originally didn’t work and then same experience on day two. Pool was not opened and I assumed since it was “May” it would be ready. On Sunday I waited forever on fourth floor. Only one elevator was working. There are rooms for improvements for price being paid. I’m generous in my rating. Great location now I know my way around. "

"Beds slope, big dips on them. A/C is terrible. It’s the bottom of the wall type. You had to turn it to 64° for it to even come on. Then after it shuts off, it doesn’t come back on for a LONG time. I’m talking well over an hour. Air gets stagnet with no flow and gets warm again. We moved rooms, but same situation. Room was large… I liked that part. We booked for four nights (major car issues wasn’t sure about timing on fixing) we asked if we could check out and get refunded the last two nights...

"The bathroom sink was stopped up and it took about 1 1/2 hours for them to get there. The manager tried first with no luck and then got the maintenance guy to come with the plumbing supplies and finally got it unclogged. The shampoo and other products smell really good. There’s hotels that you could knock over a horse with, but these smelled really good."
