Easy access to highways and lookout points like along Herring Cove while also very easy to get downtown. There is a roundabout nearby that can get busy though. A short distance to a waterfront walking trail was a very nice feature. Although not directly on the water you can see shimmering water through the trees from the dining room or hear a running stream from the back deck.
