When we first arrived, we had a situation with our room, but Jayda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. She was such a kind and wonderful receptionist, and her professionalism and helpfulness really made a difference in our stay. Jayda truly made us feel taken care of, and we’re so grateful for how she handled everything and helped make our stay a positive experience!"

"Compared to the many hotel options near EWR, this was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and airport shuttle was efficient. It is also refreshing to see hardwood (simulated) floors instead carpeting - much easier to keep clean. There was no place to sit in front of the hotel or in the lobby. I understand there is normally a couch in the lobby. A bench in front of the Hotel is a good idea for guests waiting for the shuttle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."
