Hatfield Vacation Packages

These are dormitory sized rooms with no frills and limited storage. The shower was nice but there was almost zero water pressure in the sink. The lighting plan needs improvement. The bedside lamps are unusable without using the wall sconce which creates a choice between a desk lamp ( dim lighting) or full brightness. The morning coffee service delivered up a beverage that was lukewarm making it an unused perk. The bright spot is the staff who were all wonderful. This is a budget choice in a good location for Philadelphia.

Do not stay here if you plan on needing the air conditioning after it gets cold outside. We checked in at 3:30pm. The temperature in the room was 74 degrees. Turned on the air conditioning to 64 and left the room. When we returned at 11:00 at night it was 76 degrees in our room. Front desk brought a fan up, but the employee who did agreed how it it was and they moved our room at 11:30 at night, so we had to pack all our stuff and move to a room that the air didn’t work in either, but had a balcony attached to the bedroom so we had to sleep with that door open to cool things off. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here in October/November and had this issue, only reasoning is that “it’s an old building so once the heat turns on the air doesn’t work”. Great hotel and rooms otherwise but unless it’s summertime I don’t recommend staying here.

Good location, nicely appointed rooms, helpful staff.

Very nice hotel. Room was updated and modern. Nice restaurant and gym.
