Warm and kind greeting, clean facility, quiet, decent selection for breakfast, cookies and water bottles on arrival, coffee all day long. Great lobby for remote working . No parking fee, no problem finding parking. 5 minutes to the beach

No pet. Not pleased with surprise daily parking fee of $15.00 plus tax. Otherwise great walking distance to restaurants and excellent donut shop. Nice beach and check out the pier. Only had coffee and vanilla yogurt as breakfast we selected.
