"Unfortunately there were no available connecting rooms requested despite requesting it before our arrival and also arriving early and not checking in till later in the day. Although we appreciate it is an old building, we were disappointed that it is not very clean as the carpets in the hallway or the rooms did not look vacuumed. When we moved the sofa chairs in the room, we were really disappointed to see the amount of dust at the back of the refrigerator. The dust can also be seen on the remote control of the TV."

"A lovely hotel, centrally located in Harrogate . Bar and restaurant areas beautiful and really well done. Noticed a little room for children with toys and games which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The only negatives were:- - The bathroom which needs some attention. - TV HDMI almost impossible to access. Please attach an extension socket. We would cheerfully stay again."

"Nice room but outside balcony was covered in cobwebs and leaves. Couldn't find a way to turn the heating down and was way too warm in the room. Only one balcony door would open "
