This is an old property with old property problems, features and character; that said, our room was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable. Our host Chris was friendly and seemed as though he would go out of his way to make your stay just right. Ate in pub both nights and the home cooked food by Bev was wonderful. You order breakfast, if you want it, the night before; we had basic breakfasts which were a good price and exactly what we wanted. Locals in the pub were friendly and along with Chris and Bev chatted and recommended places to go in the bar after food. A lovely stay overall.
