The staffs are friendly and helpful. The reception lady was nice to show us around after check-in. The down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant which was not many choices from the manual and Bar. We stayed in a Treehouse Room which was lovely but 3 floors was a bit of a pain, wouldn’t stay in that room type again but happily at the hotel.
