We had a really lovely stay here. The accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous – great value for money overall. It’s worth knowing that this is a restaurant with a couple of guest rooms rather than a traditional B&B, so there isn’t an owner on-site overnight. As a mum travelling with my daughter, I was a little unsure at first about being the only guests in the building, but it’s in a quiet residential area and felt very peaceful. There’s a free car park at the rear (which was full when we arrived), but we easily found a long-stay car park just a couple of minutes’ walk away, where overnight parking was under £3\. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with seperate seating, tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk and nicely decorated. There was a great choice at breakfast time. The B& B is very central to Pateley Bridge and has its own, off road, parking. Very good value for money. We dined at Olley's Italian restaurant and The Crown Inn, which were both very good. We spent one night at the Willow. The location is excellent just a few steps from the main road with shops, pubs and restaurants. The parking is free and very good. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the very small on-suite and the chairs in the room were not comfortable. They need to be more stable. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was average. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want a full English but are not a very big eater ask for a smaller version with just one of everything instead of two.
