"An overall great escape, but I think the bar closes too early and for the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner were complimentary. They’ll tell you the Jamaican food they have, and in a way tell you the American food they have which is not put out to choose from, so you might think it’s not complimentary which it was. I had to ask for fruits, which I did get. I just shouldn’t have to ask for certain things or ask if I have to pay for certain things if they are complimentary, Also, the pool needs to be cleaned more often. And that was my only issue. Overall a great visit, I would definitely go back and I do recommend. "

"Very clean and comfortable home, photos are exact. AC cooled home and rooms. We Enjoyed our stay 100% Private pool was clean. The patio and balcony gives nice views of the mountains. 24 hour security in a newly built gated community Location was near authentic Jamaican food restaurants. Uber eats also delivers to property, and accepts cash USD payments. Host was extremely nice and available at anytime. Would definitely recommend 10/10!"

"The facility is isolated on a hill and challenging to get there. The roads are poor. These issues are not the fault of the hotel but the hotel did not do much to compensare for these negatives. We seemed to be the only guest there but they were not very helpful and not very accomodation as I would expect. The upstairs were we stayed smelt mouldy.It had a bad mouldly smell. We ask if we could go downstair, but the attendant stated that they have 2 rooms and would cost more. Other issues, the washroom faucette was not working, ie no water came out came. Additionally, the water pressure in the tub was very low. We ask about these 3 times and he said that they were working on it. He told us that it should be fixed once when we returned from dinner. Three hrs later we returned and the water issues were not resolved. The AC ran continuously without the ability to turn it off and make changes. The TV and internet were all not non-functionally. Given all these malfunctions and lack of help by the staff, we simply checked after a few hours at 9pm and drove all the way to my brother's house in Portmore. "

"The property was clean and centrally located. All was good except we had no hot water day 2 of our stay. Winston made efforts to fix the issue but I only got hot water a few days before checkout of my 14 day stay. We had no wifi for most of our stay no fault of Winston. The power line was knocked down by a truck and flow took a long time to get it back up. Winston tried his best to help by getting us a star link. It worked on and off. My stay at the property was good overall except for those two issues that Winston tries to help fix as soon as possible. "
