Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience.

The place wasn't clean. The bed was dirty. Ac is only in the bedroom and nowhere else. And they said I broke the center table in the living room, which we didnt. Because we didnt use the living room.

I booked a place at Fisherman's Point i arrived and was told there was no booking. I showed them my confirmation email andy itinerary also reciept. They continued to say no booking, front desk reception was Not helpful and didnt care that she was turning away. Very bad start to a vacation DO NOT BOOK with FISHERMAN'S POINT waste of time money and poor customer service. Now time to fight for my money back.

I rarely write a negative review unless circumstances warrant, but if this is the only sentence you read about this property, don’t stay here. The pictures do not adequately represent the run down conditions. Booked online and arrived 30 minutes early. Front desk had no record of the booking and owner didn’t contact me with check in instructions until AFTER stated check in time. Contacted Expedia while waiting for check in directions and was told they couldn’t contact owner and they would handle cancelation so we could find alternative accommodations. Owner finally texted me directly an hour and five minutes AFTER stated check in time during which I informed them that Expedia and I couldn’t contact them and thus had canceled. They then threatened not to issue a refund. Spare yourself the aggravation and find a better place.

This suit accommodation is owned by private people. Wasted us almost 90 min to get code /access to the accommodation after 16 hrs traveling . The owner insisted he didn’t get payment and demand us pay again on the site . It was very frustrating. Expedia is a very trustworthy agent , if not trusted while listed with them ? This is big hassle to travelers , waste our already very limited sightseeing time in Ocho Rios . The condition of the suit is okay , nice setting but wash room is only on 2nd floor , not convenient for elder people

First of all, it was advertised as fisherman’s point hotel not anab, I got confirmation for the booking yet when I arrived to check it I had to wait until the security guard call around to locate someone to get a number to access the room. Being that I thought I rented a hotel room I was not prepared for abnb when I went to get a shower there was no bath soap in the bathroom. I called the front desk and was told it was private they are not responsible. In the morning I saw the property Manager who told me I need to go and buy bath soap because it’s not her responsibility in a very disrespectful tone. I wanted to go to the beach and the young lady at the desk wrote a pass and send me to the gate to the beach when I went there was no one to open the gate. I finally went on the app and found a number to call and was told that a housekeeper should be there to give me a card and access to the apartment she did not show up until 2pm Saturday with a bottle of soap and the card. She did apologized but at this time it meant nothing to me. Is a shame to know I left the us for a vacation and this is what I get. If in fact it’s a abnb at least let us know so we are prepared and to my knowledge abnb provide breakfast. I now realize we are living in a world filled with scammers. This advertisement is a consumer fraud. It’s not a hotel it a under maintained apartment for some one who just want to stop by for a few hours to have fun. During my stay at the fishermen point apartment in Ocho Riso, I was not satisfied with my stay the bed blanket add a strong odor lots of Mosquito, ants, Bugs. Shower door broken unable to slide back and forth. Unfortunate my wife and I we couldn’t switch to another room are canceled cause of non- refundable.
