"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

"Overall, the experience was decent, but not exceptional. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the timeshare presentation felt like a waste of time. The resort credits offered sound appealing at first, but there is a 16% fee applied when you use them, and they can only be used on a limited selection of items. After factoring that in, you often end up paying the same—or even more—out of pocket. The restaurants on the property were generally good and offered enjoyable meals. However, the room service and buffet food were disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the restaurants. "

"My wife and I will never stay here again and recommend no one else stays here as well. The service was slow. The plumbing in two different hotels rooms broke down. The music at the bar was loud till later evening hours. The beach front of the hotel is a joke. There were some undefined areas told not to sit down on. No staff available in evening. After putting up hotel issues 2 nites we demanded refund for 2rd night and got the hell out of there. Hotel is located in a sketchy and dangerously looking area like a ghetto."
