"Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting the area. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the highway as well as plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Long Beach area."

"I booked a King room with a balcony which was priced higher than a standard King room. When we checked in we were told the room type was not available. We were not compensated or refunded the difference of the room. It was only $30 but still it wasn’t what we paid for. Chose the location due to it’s proximity to the Convention Center for a concert we were attending. Also because it’s walking distance to my favorite breakfast spot. I’ve stayed here before and had a much better experience. We did not use the $15 f&b credit as we were not in the room long enough to do so. The shower had decent pressure, although the shower head could be updated. Overall, an affordable hotel, conveniently located to the activities I come to town for."

"It was very nice. I really have to give a shout out to the staff. I wish I was good at remembering names like the lovely lady who checked me in and replaced my room keys twice because I kept locking them in the room. It’s always a wonderful feeling to have people address you by name And they’ve only met you once."
