"Awful experience with this property. We check in to find the kitchen/family room ceiling littered with hundreds of gnat flies. Pot lights are covered with cob webs, broken wall fixtures, cracked mirrored walls in the hall and a bedroom. Upstairs consists of the landing and bedroom ceiling littered with gnat flies that end up in your bed by the morning. Water stains in the ceiling with surrounding black mold. The property is located right on the shores of Lake Ontario and the view from the family room is truly spectacular.
