"We greatly enjoyed our stay with the excellent service we had, whether it was food service or getting a new coffee maker when the room’s one wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and quick to provide service/help. I spotted items around the property that suggested lack of money or staff in up-keeping the property. Pool bathrooms were still dirty from the day before. An exposed wire on the pool deck under a tree. Spots on carpets, dust on light fixtures. Maybe little things, but if it continues, this property will not be the beautiful hotel it began as."

"The room was clean and nice and overall the hotel was nice however, when we tried to get linens for the pullout couch, no one was around. This was after we came back to the hotel from fireworks and no one was in the lobby for any assistance. We had told them that there are three people for the room and the pull-up bed was gonna be used, but no bedding was provided and it took an hour to get bedding."

"The girl working the night shift has opportunities to have better customer service. She needs to do better. I understand we don’t all have good days, but never pass whatever you are going through with the people you serve for a living. Maybe she was bothered that I asked her for more tea cups. They were literally all gone. It could be that whomever had the shift before did not have a chance to and it landed on her. I don’t know. I guess we were standing to close for her comfort and did not ask us to move back in the best way she should have. It was somewhat rude. Again opportunities for teaching staff how to communicate with guests. This make a big difference in how we rate your hotel. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome. Super nice, very interactive with us and made us feel very comfortable. I rate him a 10. Perfect personality and attitude to deal with your guests. Big smile. The lady did not smile at all and it felt like there was some kind of attitude present. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but again, it’s a great opportunity to remind staff how crucial and important it is for everyone to make the guests have the best experience possible. The cleaning lady on our floor was wonderful. Very friendly and said hello to us every time we saw her with a smile. We can tell this was natural for her and trust me, this make all the difference! I am not giving this feedback to get anyone in trouble, just to let you know what a difference one makes"
