"The hotel room with king size bed was small but very clean and new. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. "

Also rooms had a USB charger and outlets compatible with North American plug. Nice amenities includedan Unheated pool, hot tubs (39c) and minutes walk from HCC building which had shops to buys coffee, drinks and if so desired, Burger King and Pizza Hut."
