« This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot. Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around. »

« Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat! »

« Full disclosure: I am a non-Asian American traveling alone in China with limited Chinese skills. When faced with 'issues', I rate the hotel staff by how much they work with me to resolve the problem. Forgetting the taxi ride from hell from the airport, the hotel 'lost' my reservation. The front desk staff's English skills were almost as bad as my Chinese, however, they made every effort, including a couple phone calls to off-duty managers, to find me a room. Setting the room price was the next...

The Thai restaurant was amazing and were careful to prepare dishes according to allergies. The pools were clean and the evening foam party was added fun.
