"This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1. "Service was excellent. Food was good. Location convenient, not far from city center, surrounding is very green & vibrant at night. All good settings for a wonderful holiday in Haikou. Cons was that room sound insulation is not good enough...sound from the neighboring room & from the lift lobby area could be heard & can be disturbing at night. Air-conditioning temperature control was not functioning well."
