« The hotel room with king size bed was small but very clean and new. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. »

« Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. The bed was extremely comfortable that my newly fiance did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning to One Gem Hotel when we visit Haikou next time. »
