"This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1. The hotel’s main lobby and breakfast at all day dining area was located at 35th and 34th floor respectively but the rooms are located at lower levels… very odd planning 2. "Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Even though there was a language barrier all the staff had translator apps so we could easily communicate. We had a beautiful view over the water and the light show was fantastic! Really lovely hotel"

"Really nice! Stayed there for Chinese lunar new year. And nice breakfast. Both service and facility are great. The pool is nice and there is sauna near the pool service. and both are free. Free parking as well."

"This is second time we stayed here… Place is well maintained and still in very good condition despite our last visit pre-covid in 2018. Highly commend service of check-in staff Nit Gan especially since male guest in front of us gave her a long and super hard time but she didn’t flinch a beat and served us with super efficiency and accommodate our request for early check-in despite we arriving at around 1pm. "Service was excellent. Food was good. Location convenient, not far from city center, surrounding is very green & vibrant at night. All good settings for a wonderful holiday in Haikou. Cons was that room sound insulation is not good enough...sound from the neighboring room & from the lift lobby area could be heard & can be disturbing at night. Air-conditioning temperature control was not functioning well."
