It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time. Pluses: Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet Minuses: the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.

Exceptional

I think it was a terrific place to be at. The management was very nice and friendly and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was good and the amenities around were great. Dinner, while expensive was tremendous and the ambience they created was exceptional. My only complaint would be that there weren’t enough workers so it took a little longer to get our drinks delivered at the pool (maybe they were really busy) But everything else was lovely. Our housekeeper cleaned every day and gave us a ton of water (which we drank).

Sanya retreat

Loved the variety of outdoor pool options. Spent most of our time in the lagoon pool. It was shady and had lots of day beds with umbrellas nearby. My only complaint was noisy neighbors at night.

Good stay, except meals

The room was good, clean and quiet. The access to the pool and the beach were correct. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast and food in general, the quality of the food is not good.

It is always a pleasurable stay. Right now they are going through renovations throughout the whole property which makes it not being able to use the facilities.

Good stay

Room condition kind of run down but acceptable. A bit noisy during the night. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Location is great and many dinning choices around

Nice Beaches

The hotel was older but the location was good and the beach was much better than other areas. The price was fair and if you want cleaner beaches this hotel is the right place for you.

非常滿意的一次住宿

喜來登還是非常讓我信任的，前臺服務貼心人性化，客人沒想到的事情他都幫我們想到了。我在這邊寄明信片也方便，禮賓部都有賣郵票，非常方便。下次再來亞龍灣願意再光顧喜來登。裡面可以買到比外面禮品店更便宜的椰子糖、椰子片，建議在酒店裡面的小賣部買，划算很多 詢問大堂服務員周邊遊玩地點，他的推薦可能不代表酒店立場，而是他個人與其他商家合作，大家如果詢問時特別留意 沙灘算乾淨，但希望能夠有人更加約束遊客不要亂丟垃圾

Beau mais en danger

C’est un endroit pour les amoureux de la plage et de la détente. Malheureusement les plages sont sales et pleines de plastiques partout; Les hôtels de front de mer ne donnent aucune consignes au personnel de plage qui s’en moque royalement. J’ai vu une seule poubelle sur la plage sur 3 Kms de littoral; Un scandale. J’ai moi même ramassé des détritus de toutes sortes. l’environnement n’est vraiment pas le souci des Chinois; Touristes ou exploitants . Navrant et décevant.
