« Nous avons été pleinement satisfait de notre séjour. La chambre était impeccable, le personnel particulièrement attentionné et les équipements de grande qualité. Avoir directement la station de la ligne Minato Mirai sous l’hôtel était extrêmement pratique. L’emplacement est idéal : les bus sont tout proches et permettent de rejoindre très facilement des lieux d’intérêt comme Chinatown ou le Red Brick Warehouse. Un séjour vraiment impeccable, merci ! »

« Séjour d'une nuit mais si nous avions ou, nous étions resté plus que cela tant la chambre était magnifique ! Dès notre entrée dans la chambre les rideaux de la grande fenêtre donnant sur la ville se sont mis à s'ouvrir automatiquement ce qui crée un effet "wahouuu" dès votre arrivée ! La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain moderne et également très spacieuse. La baignoire est profonde et grande. « L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare de Yokohama (l'aéroport d'Haneda est accessible en 25 minutes) dans un quartier très vivant avec pleins de restaurants. La chambre est calme avec tout le confort nécessaire, thé, café, wifi,... Le lit est grand, il y a même un minuscule coin salon. La place est limitée pour la valise mais on est au Japon. L'hôtel semble très récent. On peut choisir d'avoir le ménage ou non et donc d'être tranquille. La salle de bain est très bien, avec même des...

« J’ai adoré l’emplacement à côté de la gare avec toutes les boutiques et restaurants. C’était la 2e fois à Yokohama et même si un peu plus loin du Cruise terminal (environ 15$ de taxi supplémentaire), j’y retournerais sans hésitation. Immense chambre pour le Japon… et pour les restos (autant japonais qu’internationaux) à 1 min de marche vers la gare. Tout est accessible. »

Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better. I wish we could open the window but the person in charge said they can’t open the windows at this Apa Hotel in Yokohama so I respect that. I love my stay at this hotel »

"Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."
