The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! "Perfect location for a stay in Wengen. Steps away from the train station, and convenient to all that Wengen has to offer - make sure you get a mountainside room because the views are next level. Restaurant was excellent, offering a bkfast buffet, and full service lunch and dinners (with a fantastic pizza!) "

I stayed at Hotel Edelweiss from July 23 to 26 and had a very peaceful and pleasant experience.Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully managed. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a full day in the mountains.
The team was kind and welcoming, which really added a warm touch to the stay. There’s a common area where guests can enjoy free coffee, tea, and water — a nice gesture even though these aren’t available in-room.
The location is good, with lovely views and a calm atmosphere, though do keep in mind there’s a short but steep uphill walk (around 7 minutes) from the train station.
