« I was given alternative accommodation as apparently there was a problem with the one I booked. I don’t think either were as per the photo in details!Accommodation was finished to a high standard but not equipped very well. For example there was no way of making toast - no toaster and no grill pan in grill/oven and when I queried this no alternative was provided. The cupboards and splasbacks we’re wrapped in cling film? There was only one easy chair in corner of room kitchen table/chairs provided...
