"The hotel isn't terrible, but it's showing its age and wear and it doesn't seem well managed. We were there for 2 nights and their housekeeping said they service rooms every other day for anyone staying more than 3 nights. But our room was still not cleaned or tidied despite being there for only 2 days. For the cost (one of the more expensive hotels in the area), I would expect to at least get fresh water bottles and garbage taken out. On top of that, the "luxury" aspect is questionable. The towels were threadbare and stiff and the toiletries non-existent. Most higher end hotels at least offer q-tips or similar little sets of these types of things but we barely had kleenex. I wouldn't stay again and I'd suggest looking at newer hotels with nicer amenities. The breakfast with the governor's pass was basically what you get at a Days Inn, truly nothing good. "

"Room was spotless, Staff was friendly and super helpful. Coffee fresh and ready at 5:30 am. Always love the fresh baked cookie. "

"Very clean property, all staff that I interacted with were awesome! It's a bummer you have to pay for parking on the property. You can park on the street for free. The restaurant serves some very good breakfast! It would be nice if there was a pool or hot tub, but that's not a deal breaker. Aweaome place, I'd definitely stay here again!"

"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby and room was clean. The rooms and bathrooms are very small compared to the other Madison hotels and the gym is pretty much non existent. The other downside is no hotel shuttle. But you can’t beat the location! Cute outside patio too in nice weather."
