It was a very cozy stay as we toured Capital reef and Zion. The location and house brought back fond memories of my grandparents house I used to visit as a child. If you're kids are light sleepers like ours are, they might have trouble acclimating to the road noise in the rooms closest to the main road. Connie is a great host, very attentive and friendly. Loved the hummingbirds coming to the feeders! The location was so great and made it easy for us to get to our Zion ATV tour. The home was perfectly stocked wirh all that we needed..We had 5 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of space and slept great. Connie & Roger were truly the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and memorable.
